Predicting the location of earthquake epicenters is a critical aspect of earthquake forecasting, as it complements efforts to determine the time and magnitude of seismic events. This research addresses the challenge posed by the uncertainty in epicenter locations, particularly along the extensive plate faults of Indo-Australia and Eurasia. In these regions, effective earthquake prediction is compromised without accurate epicenter information, impeding mitigation strategies and complicating disaster impact estimation. The primary objective of this study is to devise an algorithm for forecasting earthquake epicenter locations by harnessing variations in radon gas concentrations on southern Java Island, Indonesia, as a predictive precursor. Using a supervised machine learning approach, this study integrates radon gas concentration data to predict the distance between a radon gas telemonitoring station and the impending earthquake epicenter. Three distinct machine learning algorithms were evaluated using data from six Java-Bali radon gas telemonitoring stations within an early warning system. The random forest algorithm emerged as the most effective, yielding an average root mean square error of 453.10 kilometers. The findings of this research significantly contribute to earthquake risk mitigation efforts. This work enhances our capability to anticipate seismic events, and more effective disaster preparedness and response strategies in earthquake-prone regions.

Systems thinking is needed due to the growing complexity of the problems faced family planning field workers in the external environment that is constantly changing. System thinking ability could not be separated from efforts to develop learning for the workers, both learning at the individual, group, or organization level. The design of the study was quantitative study using cross-sectional study. There is a relationship between the scale of field worker's system thinking with the learning environment at organization level (p 0.017 <a). The characteristic factors; individual, team/group learning environment; are unrelated to the system thinking scales. There are also relationship among learning environments. Individuals learning on systems thinking for field workers are highly needed as a basic capital in the development of human resources. The training/learning done so far needs to be revitalized, that is reconstructing the learning materials or modules taught so as learning can be run more effectively and leads to increase the ability of systems thinking. Organization related to the implementation of field worker tasks lies in the central, provincial and districts/municipalities level, need to facilitate the learning; both at the individual, group/team, and organizational level itself. Learning and guidance need to be developed into a useful integrated mechanism, not only for individuals but also for the organization.

The fact that there are many children and youths dropping out of school in Indonesia cannot be denied. The number of dropouts in elementary schools, junior, and senior high schools, and combined with those abandoning school before finishing their higher education program each year remains high. To mitigate this situation, there has been an expansion of educational services and opportunities for every child and teenager. Those that drop out of school can still get educational services through out-of-school education programs or non-formal education. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the influence of internal learning of employees, external learning obtained from suppliers and consumers, and ownership of processes and equipment, on the performance of the company. This research also examines the role of human resources as moderator in the relationship between process ownership and equipment with performance. The research population that became the object of this research covers all manufacturing companies operating in Indonesia. The population is a manufacturing company registered by the Manufacturing Company Directory published by the Statistics Centre Bureau of, 2010. The sample is determined by using purposive sampling technique, and the sample selected is a manufacturing company with criteria that have medium and large scale. From the results of hypothesis testing then some of the main findings are presented in this section. First, internal learning positively affects technological capabilities, indicating that ownership of tools and technologies is encouraged or enhanced by improving the internal learning process. The main findings of both studies indicate that external learning will encourage companies to increase their ownership of equipment and technology. Humans are recognized as controllers in the use and utilization of technology. This study is the first step to undertake the development of empirical studies by considering further factors that determine success in resource management and technology primarily through organizational learning. Furthermore, the findings of this study also indicate the factors of operating strategy that moderate ownership of tools and technology companies to performance. This study aims to provide a basis need analysis for the curriculum module provision, training form and training time of elementary school teachers in Kuningan regency, West Java and understand the needs of the their' participation in new curriculum training. Sixty teachers in Kuningan regency were selected for a group interview. Based on the interview results, the researchers designed a questionnaire. They were from the same school levels in Kuningan regency that applied freedom of learning curriculum. It made us decided to use or adopt cluster random sampling method. They were surveyed through a web questionnaire. In total, 80% of the respondents believe that the self-opening aspect of the module needs to be carried out in four items. Secondly, for the explorative concept within the module, it was found that 70% respondents showing their believe that it was crucial to include further explanation and discussion. Next, on the collaborative space, it showed that 85% respondents found to be agree on the items of grouping and discussion and presentation within the module. Fourthly, it was found that 85% respondents shared their agreement on the guided reflection aspect in the module. In the new freedom of learning curriculum, it is found that the elementary school teachers in Kuningan regency have proper understanding within the module. It shows that they have identified the components within the module should cover those six crucial aspects.

This research represents the development research using the references of previous research results related to the development of interactive multimedia learning (learner controlled), specially about the effectiveness and efficiency of multimedia learning of a content that developed by pointer animation implementation showing the content in harmony with relevant voice narration (having the character of affirming/equipping/explaining). Content to be learnt is to have a dynamic type (principle) that is Java Programming. Java Programming is selected considering the content complexity level which is high enough. The development method follows the method of development of multimedia learning with the instructional strategy according to Merrill in Component Display Theory (CDT), animation principle in multimedia format from Mayer, and accommodating the learning style (visual/verbal) of the learner. The result of development in the form of modules of interactive multimedia learning (learner controlled) of Java Programming with the pointer animation. With those modules, the learner is expected to be more motivated to learn self-supportingly, circumstantial and recurring, so that learner ability in comprehending concepts of Java Programming and applying it in solving problem can be reached.

Project-Based Learning (PBL) is a widely adopted pedagogy that ignites students' interest of a subject through the investigation of an authentic problem and cultivates their abilities of innovation and self-learning. Traditional PBL often involves a project of complexity and significant scale, which, under the time constraint of a course, is often difficult for students to handle and risks insufficient comprehension of the knowledge and negative impact on learning confidence. This paper proposes an incremental teaching project concept and its design strategy on top of the traditional project-based learning. An incremental teaching project is carefully designed for a Java Programming curriculum, based on which we discuss the dos and don'ts of applying incremental PBL to teaching.

This paper introduces the Encog library for Java and C#, a scalable, adaptable, multiplatform machine learning framework that was 1st released in 2008. This study aims at describing the use of language at primary schools grade 1, 2, and 3 in Surakarta. The study belongs to descriptive qualitative research. It emphasizes in a note which depict real situation to support data presentation. Content analysis is used as research methodology. It analyzes the research result of the observed speech event. The data are collected from three sources: informant, events, and documents. Results of the study demonstrate that the use of Javanese language is still dominant in the learning process at primary schools in Surakarta. Many factors affect the use of Javanese language as mother tongue in classroom teaching-learning process. They are (1) balancing the learning process, so that learners are able to better understand the material presented by the teacher (2) teacher's habit to speak Javanese language, and (3) drawing student's attention. The factors underlying this phenomenon are explained by teacher and student's lack of Indonesian language vocabulary. In addition, there is an element unnoticed by teachers.

CAL, embracing the latest technologies of Java, Dynamic HTML, Javascript and MPEG-1, was successfully developed and implemented in the form of interactive, multimedia Model Patients. This paper discusses: materials and methods used, including the World Wide Web, Java, and Dynamic HTML; student user experiences to date; and implementation issues, including hardware and software requirements, delivery speed, and design. It is concluded that use of the Web as a delivery medium for CAL is both feasible and practical with the provision of high bandwidth networking; collaboration between institutions allows for resources to be shared from one server, leading to efficient use of developers and content contributors and lowering delivery costs and administration needs. It is concluded that use of the Web as a delivery medium for CAL is both feasible and practical with the provision of high bandwidth networking; collaboration between institutions allows for resources to be shared from one server, leading to efficient use of developers and content contributors and lowering delivery costs and administration needs. Learning problem of "unggah-ungguh basa", is very complicated. It is needed reorientation and re-setting the approaches, strategies, methods, techniques, and learning contents that can give rise to a new model of learning of "unggah-ungguh basa" oriented to the character formation of children, especially in Jawa Timur. In "Uu- BJ" model and NNPBL, writer offers names of learning syntax, namely "waskitha" consists of eight steps, namely: Weruh, Ancas, Sung Tuladha, Karya, Iket, Tangkar, Hurip, and Ageman. "Waskitha" is a character of Javanese people including "lantip ing cipta" (cognitive intelligence), "bawa ing rasa" (emotional intelligence), "tanggap ing karsa" (social intelligence) that is based upon the philosophy of Java. Interaction of teacher with students is multidirectional patterned on student centered learning. In syntax "waskitha" teacher appreciates and responds to the stimulus in the form of students' behaviors in the learning process. This learning model supports the achievement of learning objectives that students can speak with the use of "basa krama".
