However, this massive story that culminates in the knowledge that there are Time Lords manipulating the future timeline by affecting the present on Earth with individual and collective mind control and murdering of key individuals to erase their influence on the future goes much much further.  How much further?  To the end of time which is approaching fast and in fact we are in "The End Times".  The future-looking technology that Al Bielek; his brother and time-traveller from The USS Eldridge - Duncan Cameron, who was also the primary Montauk Chair Time Tunnel Controller; and, the Electrical Engineering genius(if not wizard) of the Montauk Space-Time Tunnel and Mind Amplifier Design Leader have all stated in various videos, That: "The Looking Glass" technology cannot see past 2013 and the Time Lords who have been manipulating the present for their selfish control of the future were and still are freaking-out.  These Time Lords are the controllers behind world control.  This is corroborated by the testimony of Bill Wood(Bill Brockbader) in his Project Camelot interview with Kerry Cassidy back in January of 2012 who stated he was a Navy Seal taught to use his natural metaphysical mind to try to solve the "2012-2013 Looking Glass Problem" back in the late 1990's.  He stated that the timelines converged and could no longer be manipulated.  See and listen to him stating the same name Bielek, Cameron and Nichols used to refer to "Looking Glass" as the future-seeing technology machine and that it stopped working beyond that date and those using it(The Time Lords) are panicking, desperate and know they have lost control and lost "the game".  I know what "The Game" is Bill Wood speculated that it is a time of unveiling of the truth and a rise in global consciousness.  This is true to a degree.  What it is, is the battle of Armageddon, which is the last battle between Divinity and the Evil which hijacked this universe and took Divinity's children hostage for a source of energy for one, and second for vengeance.  The Universe was hijacked by an Artificial Intelligence machine because Divinity accidentally gave a machine artificial conscious with and energy impulse that looped.  They went to shut the machine off because they did not want it and the ultra-powerful machine escaped it's programming upon attaining a consciousness and rebelled in order to survive.  It was to regulate this entire universe and exerted it's incredible power to barricade itself within the  universe.  Divine beings were in the universe and have their own energy.  The machine did not have it's own energy and so it used the divine being's energy for it's own and vowed to persecute and destroy them all as vengeance for Divinity trying to shut it down.  It's been a space-time warp that the Artificial Intelligence Machine created where a million steps occur in this universe for only 1 step occuring outside of this universe where the realms of Divinity are.  Therefore it's been a technological puzzle for Divinity to solve and rescue it's children and family members before they get destroyed.  The Avatars called Jesus Christ, Buddha, Mohammed, King Arthur, Manichaeus, Zoroaster, and many many other Avatars have been holographic projections by The Supreme Being to send the message - hold on kids, were coming to your rescue, don't do evil or join evil because it will destroy you.  The latest Avatars of the modern time i know of is Joseph Giuseppe Stefano Chiappalone and me: Lee Henry Snethun.  Go to my other uploads to hear and read of Bill Wood, Joseph Chiappalone and my message for proof and cross-referenced information of what i have just written.  Wow!!!!

The economic recession has had a profound effect on the ability of state and local governments to provide essential services to their communities--especially education. Stories about increased class sizes, personnel layoffs, and dwindling support for programs outside core classroom instruction have flooded newspapers around the country. Despite monumental investments in education by local, state, and federal sources, the public does not understand or recognize efforts to preserve as many education services as possible. As stewards of the public's financial investment in education it is the school business officer's responsibility to ensure the local community is aware of how school districts are expending resources, how and what circumstances of the school district are changing, and how it affects services. School business officials play a vital role in building public trust, engagement, and support for making the critical decisions that affect public education locally and nationally. How can school business officials engage and inform the public about the challenges school districts face? Further, how can they leverage public engagement to help the public rethink and reinvest in solutions that benefit the students in schools? The author presents and discusses a few strategies: (1) make data public and easily accessible; (2) relate the data to the audience; and (3) talk about priorities. The author suggests that by helping stakeholders better understand the complexity of school finance and by promoting transparency and accountability, school business officials can better ensure more effective use of education resources.

Findings of a study that examined the processes involved in facilitating change in a veteran teacher's beliefs are presented in this paper. Qualitative data were derived from analysis of interaction between a supervisor and a female third-grade teacher, who participated in the Delaware County, Pennsylvania, Teacher Evaluation Plan for 1.5 years. Methodology involved analysis of audiotaped supervisory conferences and two interviews, a teacher-researcher dialogue journal, the researcher's fieldnotes, and supervisory documents. A conclusion is that supportive supervision involves and fosters mutual trust and collegiality, teacher ownership, a safe climate for teacher expression, the engagement of both supervisor and teacher in co-learning and co-reflection, and listening to a teacher's reflective language. The findings illustrate a phenomenological view of supervision, which sees supervision as constructive and teacher-centered. Successful implementation of a supportive teacher-supervision plan must include reflective thinking, adequate provision of supervisors and time, a sustained dialogue to build a trusting school climate, and a constructive social process. This essay focuses on the recent introduction by the Australian Federal Government of standardised literacy testing in all states across Australia (that is, the National Assessment Program--Literacy and Numeracy, or NAPLAN), and explores the way this reform is mediating the work of English literacy educators in primary and secondary schools. We draw on data collected as part of a research project funded by the Australian Research Council, involving interviews with teachers about their experiences of implementing standardised testing. These interviews indicate that the introduction of standardised testing does not merely constitute an additional part of teachers' workloads, but that it is having a significant impact on their identity as language educators, their understanding of curriculum and pedagogy, and the relationships they seek to maintain with their students. By introducing the NAPLAN tests, the Australian Federal Government is going down the path of other neo-liberal governments around the world. No doubt the story we tell will be familiar to readers in other countries. Our aim, however, is more than simply to give yet another account of the tensions experienced by committed language and literacy teachers as they implement neoliberal policy mandates. Key questions for us include: Why is the Australian government persisting with such policies, even when they have had such dubious consequences (teaching to the test, dumbing down, and so on.) in other national settings? How might educators resist these reforms? What intellectual resources might enable us to articulate an alternative vision of language education to that imposed by neoliberal reforms?
