This article presents possible answers, and their respective probabilities, to the question, âWhat are the consequences of the present global crisis in the proximate future of the World System?â It also attempts to describe the basic characteristics of the forthcoming âEpoch of New Coalitionsâ and to forecast certain future conditions. Among the problems analyzed in this paper are the following: What does the weakening of the economic role of the USA as the World System centre mean? This article analyzes the global causes of the contemporary crisis and the possibilities to eliminate the most acute problems that have generated this crisis.It analyzes both the negative role of the world financial flows and their important positive functions including the âinsuranceâ of social guaranties at the global scale. Ðn the one hand, anarchic and extremely rapid development of new financial centers and financial flows contributed to the outbreak of the global financial-economic crisis. The latter was amplified by the nontransparency of many financial instruments, which led to the actual concealment of risks and their global underestimation. On the other hand, new financial technologies decrease risks in a rather effective way, they expand possibilities to attract and accumulate enormous capitals, actors, and markets. The modern financial sector also contributes to the provision of insurance for social funds at the global scale. The participation of pension and insurance funds in financial operations leads to the globalization of the social sphere. Countries poor in capital, but with large cohorts of young population, are involved more and more in a very important (though not quite apparent) process of supporting the elderly portion of the population in the West through the vigorous unification of the world's financial flows, their standardization, and by increasing global mobility and anonymity

The article examines the technological transformations that contribute to the formation of the Global Mental System (GMS) and the Global Forecasting System (GFS). It focuses on "right-brain technologies," which are based on the interaction of biological entities with consciousness, artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and blockchain. The concept of the "Banchenko market" is discussed as a global marketplace for lucid dreams and other transcendental states of consciousness, representing a unique platform for exploring and applying new approaches to understanding human consciousness and its potential. The article emphasizes the importance of integrating these technologies into the forecasting of social and economic processes, proposing new methods to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of predictions based on the analysis of conscious states.

For the nonlocal Davey-Stewartson I equation, the Darboux transformation is considered and explicit expressions of the solutions are obtained. Like the nonlocal equations in 1+1 dimensions, many solutions may have singularities. However, by suitable choice of parameters in the solutions of the Lax pair, it is proved that the solutions obtained from seed solutions which are zero and an exponential function of $t$ respectively, by a Darboux transformation of degree $n$ are global solutions of the nonlocal Davey-Stewartson I equation. The derived solutions are soliton solutions when the seed solution is zero, in the sense that they are bounded and have $n$ peaks, and "line dark soliton" solutions when the seed solution is an exponential function of $t$, in the sense that they are bounded and their norms change fast along some straight lines.

In this paper we present a general procedure that allows for the reduction or expansion of any network (considered as a weighted graph). This procedure maintains the spectrum of the network's adjacency matrix up to a set of eigenvalues known beforehand from its graph structure. This procedure can be used to establish new equivalence relations on the class of all weighted graphs (networks) where two graphs are equivalent if they can be reduced to the same graph. Additionally, dynamical networks (or any finite dimensional, discrete time dynamical system) can be analyzed using isospectral transformations. By so doing we obtain stronger results regarding the global stability (strong synchronization) of dynamical networks when compared to other standard methods.

The central purpose of the present paper is to study boundary behavior of squeezing functions on bounded domains. We prove that the squeezing function of a strongly pseudoconvex domain tends to 1 near the boundary. In fact, such an estimate is proved for the squeezing function on any domain near its globally strongly convex boundary points. We also study the stability of squeezing functions on a sequence of bounded domains, and give comparisons of intrinsic measures and metrics on bounded domains in terms of squeezing functions. As applications, we give new and simple proofs of several well known results about geometry of strongly pseudoconvex domains, and prove that all Cartan-Hartogs domains are homogenous regular. Finally, some related problems that ask for further study are proposed.

This report on global time transformations comes from an in-house research effort in the area of distributed-parallel computing. The distributed- parallel computing environments are multiple clock systems interconnected by communications networks. The global time transformation maps the data from these different systems into a common (i.e., global) clock for an analysis. The derivation of the global time transformation is given. The primary components of the global time transformation are the clock rate and clock offset. These components and the measurement techniques for measuring these components are discussed. To demonstrate the accuracy of the global time transformation, a set of measurements were taken to compare with the transformation predictions.
