DWB 3.3 was used as the Troff with modified man macros incorporating sections from the man macros on the tape. Files were converted to postscript with the dpost postprocessor included with DWB. For reference on correct layout, troff was used on v8 itself with the -Taps flag and the output was fed to dpost, creating a reference file to modify the DWB man macros to fit with. <br /></div><div><br /></div><div>Print dates were intentionally disabled in the macros.<br /></div><div><br /></div><div>Includes are made with the /usr/include from v8.
