In this master thesis, an online training course on artificial intelligence especially for psychology students was developed. The training is a one-week online training course that uses short explanatory videos, expert interviews and external content to give an insight into the history, current and future applications, opportunities and risks of artificial intelligence, especially in the field of psychology. After their voluntary registration participants received an invitation to the preliminary survey and access to the training modules. The survey measures the acceptance of AI, the intention to use AI, the perceived social norm about AI, the perceived usability of AI, the perceived usefulness of AI and the estimated personal knowledge about AI. Demographic variables and the personality variable openness are also assessed. After the training, a similar post-training survey is used to measure training effects. Addtionally, an training evaluation is implemented. The test subjects are randomly divided into a training group and a waiting control group. The waiting control group is given access to the training after the second interview.
