Data analysis techniques used in this study include (1) data collection, (2) data compaction, (3) data presentation, (4) drawing conclusions/verification. The validity data obtained through this study used technical triangulation and source triangulation, with persistence, reference testing, and member checking. The results in this study indicate that (1) the main problems that occur in planning and organizing are the lack of technology, (2) the actualization of curriculum planning planning, using online vark questionnaires to determine the learning model used by teachers with the planned 2013 curriculum design, ( 3) the actualization of curriculum organization lies on the basis of the patchwork curriculum and the integrated curriculum as the type of organization. (4) the word of mouth strategy is considered capable of overcoming the lack of technology from senior teachers, (5) the "Self Humble" or "Andhab Asor" strategy is considered capable of overcoming the demotivation of teachers in learning to create digital-based media.
