This is NOT the published version from  Saunders College Publishing. This is directly troff'd from the original sources. This is also why the page numbers do not match. The glossary is missing as the publicly available v10 tarballs do not have the complete glossary, it is unfinished there. If anyone has a recreation or an original copy of the glossary, please message me. DWB 3.3 ( https://github.com/n-t-roff/DWB3.3 ) was used as the troff install, with macros copied from v10 itself for the early part of the book, the man pages were handled with mandoc. Like I stated for the Unix v8 papers, there may be errors as some man pages use the C headers from the host machine for certain sections. This however does not  seem to be the case with v10. It seems that direct files are only referenced in one location, mbits(6).
