The majority of Tanzanians acquire primary education, which is actually not enough for manpower production purposes. With this kind of graduates, the country may not be in a position to develop fast unless adult education takes part fully to rescue the situation because primary education offers insufficient required life skills. Adult education has an essential contribution in building social capital, fostering social inclusion and combating both direct and less obvious costs of social exclusion. With increased number of secondary schools in each commune all over the country with at least one education degree holder teacher educator, we believe that secondary schools facilities could be used for implementing adult learning programs to boost social economic development. Interview was conducted to 10 teachers. The study employed interpretative-descriptive analysis to present the data. The paper addresses the extent to which secondary schools can be utilised as adult learning centres. It was found that investing in available human resources via adult education-based courses and activities remains the main engine to provide the needful market oriented and the basic life skills to a growing unemployed community in Tanzania. We suggest that treating adult education seriously may resolve the problems of unskilled work force, unemployment rates to achieve rapid economic and social growth. With adult education, the government may be able to produce a skilled and informed adult population.

En este programa podran oir diversas grabaciones realizadas por Santiago Vazquez en sus diferentes investigaciones, en tres lugares de la geografia de nuestro pais, donde supuestamente se manifiesta la Virgen. Estas ineditas grabaciones, en exclusiva para todos los oyentes de Mas Alla de la Realidad, fueron grabadas por Vazquez durante toda la decada de los 90. Podran escuchar a diferentes mediums en trance y las distintas voces que salen de sus gargantas. Segun afirman estos mediums, se trata de la voz de la Virgen. Tal afirmacion, bajo nuestro criterio, debe ser puesta siempre en cuarentena, y analizar con todo rigor estos trances que les ofrecemos, ya que desconocemos si se trata de trances reales, si es la Virgen quien se manifiesta o si, por otra parte, se trata de otro tipo de seres espirituales que se hacen pasar por la Virgen. Debemos, por tanto, ser muy prudentes en este terreno de la mediumnidad y, aun mas, muy cautos antes de admitir que se trata de mensajes procedentes de la Virgen. Despues de comentar las apariciones marianas en general, les ofrecemos las diversas grabaciones de trance a las que nos hemos referido, comentando cada una de ellas. Escuchen y escribannos dandonos su opinion al respecto. Lo que van a escuchar no les dejara indiferentes.

Fluttering bluesy flutes, keening vocal melodies and bubbling percussion rhythms are strong elements in Fulani music, but the sounds are as varied as the deserts, forests, mountains, and riverside towns the Fulbe have made their homes. On this program, we explore Fulbe music from Guinea, Mali, Niger, Senegal, and elsewhere, and also music from some of the ethnic groups the Fulbhe have rubbed shoulders with over the centuries.
