Descriptive text on verso: As trapping is carried on in nearly all parts of Canada, establishments licensed to buy furs are found throughout the country. However, only those outside the main generally settled areas have been shown individually on this map, as they correspond most closely to what are traditionally thought of as "fur trading posts" ...
