This is the final book in a six volume set of the "My Bookhouse" books. This final title in the series leaves off the format of the previous volumes and is geared towards the parent or teacher. The major part of the books deals with short biographies of the authors whose works appeared in the previous five volumes. In his preface he claims to prefer true stories to made-up ones. And he always defends bears, which he thinks have gotten an undeserved bad reputation from the general populous.<br /><br /> Miller strives here to pass on a respect for the variety and wisdom in the lives of real bears.
