This study examined the relationship between corporate social responsibility and value creation of quoted oil and gas firms in Nigeria for a period of fourteen 14 years spanning from 2008 to 2021. Specifically, this study examined the relationship between occupational health and safety responsibility, emissions responsibility, employment responsibility and cash value added. Panel data were used in this study, which were obtained from the annual reports and accounts of the ten 10 sampled firms. Ex Post Facto research design was employed. Descriptive statistics of the dataset from the sampled firms was employed to summarily describe the mean, standard deviation, minimum and maximum values of the data for the study variables. Inferential statistics using Pearson correlation coefficient and Panel least square regression analysis were employed to test the hypotheses of the study. The results showed that there is a significant and positive relationship between occupational health and safety responsibility and cash value added ß1=1.930842 p value = 0.0006 a significant and positive relationship between emissions responsibility and cash value added ß2=0.575137 p value = 0.0116 a significant and positive relationship between employment responsibility and cash value added ß3=.0.075661 p value = 0.0000 of quoted oil and gas firms in Nigeria at 5 level of significance respectively. The study recommended amongst others that firms should develop safety programs in order to protect the workers, reduce absences and down time, ensuring that the workplace is more efficient and productive which will inadvertently result to value creation. Nowadays social responsibility is significant to investigate. It is because in the academic world there are a number of students having low social responsibility. This behavior is realized by unfair actions in groups, bullying or intimidation practice. Concerning this phenomenon, the current study aimed at analyzing the prediction of students’ social responsibility from the perspective of moral disengagement and incivility. This correlational study involved 636 students with a portion of 49.5% of male students and 50.5% of female students. They were selected using cluster sampling from two junior high schools in Central Java. After that, these students were asked to fill in a moral disengagement scale, and classroom incivility scale. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of social responsibility- based educational program on the tendency toward high-risk behaviors at risk adolescents. Method: The research method was Pre-test – post-test quasi-experimental method with control group. The statistical population of the study was adolescents at risk in Tehran. The sample was students of a school in the 17th district of Tehran (consisted of 39 students) that was selected as available sample. Sample was randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The educational program was administered to the experimental group in 10 sessions. The instrument used in this study was Iranian Adolescents Risk-taking Scale. Data were analyzed by SPSS and by using One-Way Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA). Findings: The results of the study showed that the F value obtained in the covariance analysis test is 5.52 and its significance level is less than 0.05; therefore, social responsibility- based educational program has a significant effect on the tendency towards risky behaviors in adolescents and decreases tendency to high risk behaviors. In recent years economics agents and systems have became more and more interacting and juxtaposed, therefore the social sciences need to rely on the studies of physical sciences to analyze this complexity in the relationships. According to this point of view we rely on the geometrical model of the M\"obius strip used in the electromagnetism which analyzes the moves of the electrons that produce energy. We use a similar model in a Corporate Social Responsibility context to devise a new cost function in order to take into account of three positive crossed effects on the efficiency: i)cooperation among stakeholders in the same sector, ii)cooperation among similar stakeholders in different sectors and iii)the stakeholders' loyalty towards the company. By applying this new cost function to a firm's decisional problem we find that investing in Corporate Social Responsibility activities is ever convenient depending on the number of sectors, the stakeholders' sensitivity to these investments and the decay rate to alienation. Our work suggests a new method of analysis which should be developed not only at a theoretical but also at an empirical level.

This monograph presents the "Shared Responsibility Framework of Social Interaction for Collective Investment," which offers a perspective on social interaction in the process of change. The framework attempts to integrate the dynamic features of educational reform by attending to components linked with personal and collective investment in reform initiatives. Chapters address: (1) the context that surrounds the framework and learning themes that occur throughout the monograph; (2) the six-year historical development and implementation of one service delivery effort and the challenges encountered as the grant team sought to understand and contribute to the continuing improvement at this school; (3) issues related to the question of how individual and collective investment are affected by interaction patterns and community habits; (4) a description of the Shared Responsibility Framework of Social Interaction for Collective Investment; (5) the Interactive Communication Initiative for facilitating communication and cultivating investment; and (6) strengths and caveats of the model, and suggestions on application and research of the framework. The last chapter presents a responsive series of reflection questions designed to assist readers in applying aspects of the framework in their own school contexts. Each chapter includes references.
