3The Role Of Quality Of Service, Satisfaction And Usefulness Perceived On The Willingness To Return Of Library Visitors: A Case Study Of Kermanshah Razi University Central Library

Introduction : Today, customer service is the ultimate goal of any service-making organization. The eagerness to return is a solution to the problem that can be created by library patrons to further the goals of libraries and one hope that visitors would return to the library again and again. So, the purpose of this study is to investigate the role of quality of services provided, satisfaction and perceived usefulness on the desire of willingness to returning by clients of the central library of Kermanshah Razi University, Iran. Methodology : This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population is all students of Razi University Central Library, among whom 372 students were selected by simple random sampling method by using Morgan table. Data were collected using service quality, satisfaction and perceived usefulness questionnaires and a researcher-made questionnaire on willingness to return. Findings : Based on the data analysis, the quality of services provided with 0.63, the perceived usefulness 0.95 and satisfaction 0.63 affect the rate of enthusiasm for the willingness to return in Razi University Central Library clients. The quality of service provided, the perceived usefulness and the satisfaction of the rate of willingness to return to use are also increased. The results also showed that there was a significant relationship between gender and the level of desire to willingness to return and men had a greater desire to willingness to return to the library than women. But there was no statistically significant difference in eagerness to willingness to return with regard to education and number of visits to the library. Conclusion : Considering the effectiveness of the quality of service provided, perceived usefulness and satisfaction in increasing the rate of willingness to returning clients, the necessary conditions and measures should be taken into account to promote all three variables. The results of this research can be used in long-term planning of Iranian libraries.

4NASA Technical Reports Server (NTRS) 19830007521: LANDSAT 3 Return Beam Vidicon Response Artifacts: A Report On RBV Photographic Product Characteristics And Quality Coding System

Analysis of large volumes of LANDSAT 3 RBV digital data that were converted to photographic form led to the firm identification of several visible artifacts (objects or structures not normally present, but producted by an external agency or action) in the imagery. These artifacts were identified, categorized, and traced directly to specific sensor response characteristics. None of these artifacts is easily removed and all cases remain under active study of possible future enhancement. The seven generic categories of sensor response artifacts identified to date include: (1) shading and stairsteps; (2) corners out of focus; (3) missing reseaus; (4) reseau distortion and data distortion; (5) black vertical line; (6) grain effect; and (7) faceplate contamination. An additional category under study, but not yet determined to be caused by sensor response, is a geometric anomaly. Examples of affected imagery are presented to assist in distinguishing between image content and innate defects caused by the sensor system.

The toxicological assessments of SSAS and FMK analytical results are reported. Analytical methods have not changed from earlier reports. Surrogate standard recoveries from the SSAS tubes were 66-76% for 13C-acetone, 85-96% for fluorobenzene, and 73-89% for chlorobenzene. Post-flight flows were far below pre-flight flows and an investigation of the problem revealed that the reduced flow was caused by a leak at the interface of the pump inlet tube and the pump head. This resulted in degradation of pump efficiency. Further investigation showed that the problem occurred before the SSAS was operated on orbit and that use of the post-flight flows yielded consistent and useful results. Recoveries from formaldehyde control badges were 86 to 104%. The two general criteria used to assess air quality are the total-non-methane-volatile organic hydrocarbons (NMVOCs) and the total T-value (minus the CO2 and formaldehyde contributions). The T values will not be reported for these data due to the flow anomaly. Control of atmospheric alcohols is important to the water recovery system engineers, hence total alcohols (including acetone) are also shown for each sample. Octafluoropropane (OFP) is not efficiently trapped by the sorbents used in the SSAS. Because formaldehyde is quantified from sorbent badges, its concentration is also listed separately. These five indices of air quality are summarized.
