we recently moved the location of our xbox to a new tv stand, and having small children and using our xbox one for streaming services for daily entertainment. needed something to block the power button, that couldnt be easily gone around such as a flip cover and since console can be powered on or off using controller, I decided to design a plate that blocks it completely and when using 1/2" double sided tape, doesnt interfere with the button it is covering

The power button on my Samsung Galaxy S5 wore out. I designed this to replace the physical button. I recommend printing with the wide part up, no supports, that way you get your bed texture as the button surface... in my case, that was glossy clean glass.

I create this box to accommodate the power switch and 2 others, one for FAN's and other to LED strip. I'll wire it soon, and because my power source is on top too, it will be ease to manage all wires. Hope it helps others. I use common electronic switches. I had to reduce the depth of the box and expose the terminals because it was hitting on the carriage.

***Needs to be scaled by 10 for some reason*** Not sure why, I did the measurements in mm in autodesk inventor, when importing the item into my slicer it has to be scaled up by 10, your results may vary. 19mm Power button for standard pc power switch, the switch i used came out of a silverstone case and measures 8x8mm. Light shines through nice and bright. Tolerances are a little tight, I filed my part a little bit, it may be helpful to print the socket 3-5% bigger. Make sure to print the socket with the square hole down, otherwise there is quite a bridge. Infill shouldn't matter, but I would recommend using the same or smaller layer height, as it may affect the thin layer the light shines through.

This is a simple quick'n'dirty trigger lock which I designed for my Dyson V11, I expect it to work also with V10 models. Just slide it in if needed, the trigger gets pushed automatically and the part should stay in place just so.

This is an enclosure for the ZY12PDN / ZYPDE USB-C Power Delivery trigger board, designed to accommodate a 2.1mm or 2.5mm barrel jack cable. This is a work in progress, and I have provided the OpenSCAD scripts for the case, to allow you to adjust the design for different cable diameters. There are two variants: one with the top cover held by friction, that I recommend you use, and one with a snapping mechanism that isn't reliable at the moment and needs to be redesigned to function properly. You can use the integrated blade button to cycle the voltage output between 5v/9v/12v/15v/20v without opening the adapter. I recommend using a white or colorless filament to allow you to see the status LED through the case (see pictures).

A friend of mine and I bought a few Unisys 486 computers and the power button cap were missing on 2 PCs. I figured I should upload the model just in case anyone else would be looking for a replacement since it seems like it be very easy to lose the power button's cap while servicing. I am uploading the model file I made so anyone may edit it as needed

The original kept breaking on me so I modified the tab that holds it down onto the side panel. The tab is 3x longer than the original now and hopefully shouldn't break. I would recommend printing at a higher infill so it has a bit more strength.

I have cats. I have aquariums. I have cats who drink out of aquariums. I have a cat that likes to step on the power button on the Fluval Plant 3.0 LED light, turning it off when she does it. This cover was designed to protect the power switch in a secure enough method to keep that from happening. The cover does expect a 20 mm gap between the LED light and the edge bracket. This fits perfectly on my 40b aquarium. A shorter aquarium may not have a gap wide enough on one side, so this may not work for them. The cover will work for larger gaps, but I use pressure from the LED housing and the edge clamp to help squeeze the cover a little to hold it in place.

A while ago my power button for my Corsair 2.1 SP2500 speaker system controller fractured. I tried gluing it back together with no luck... For a long time I was using a small screwdriver to switch the system on and off... >.> ..... and then I realised.... What am I doing! I have a 3D printer... I'ma make a replacement!.. so I did :) It is easy to fit and should align almost perfectly. The only prerequisite is to cut off one of the plastic spurs from the mounting point for the button so the new part slides on properly. (See photo with the yellow ring showing it already cut). I use some small precision side cutters for this and takes a few seconds. Took about 20 mins to print from cold with 0.12 res... As its small it isn't 100% perfect print.. and with some adjustments I could possibly get it to print better, but its functional and the aesthetic part look OK and the rest is hidden anyway. The part works well and doesn't look out of place in my opinion. This is my first share as it may come in useful for someone else. Feel free to adapt and share as required. Many thanks.

A simple power button for the Elekslaser A3 Mana SE board "case" that comes with the unit. I had to use an old pencil to stick through the hole and press the power button which was a pain, this just drops into the hole and sits on top of the boards switch ready to use.

My cat likes to sit on the PC and while I've disabled pressing the power button to shut off the PC, it doesn't disable when she stands on it and does a force shutdown. My case is a little unique in that it has a raised button. This is designed to fit just around the button. It has a lip due to the design of the case. Turned out that the lip was a bit too short to sit properly but a little trimming with a wire snip and it fit like a glove. Printed using AnyCubic Vyper.

The Rohde and Schwarz SMG 801.0001.43 Signal Generator seems to lose its power button easily. I've seen many used instruments of this model listed on ebay with missing power buttons, but haven't seen anyone offering replacements. So here's a replacement you can print. I made it for my SMG and it works nicely. You may print this with PLA, ABS or PETG filament as you desire. Others will probably work too. This model was created in FreeCAD and the source is included here. Also included are OpenSCAD and STL files, both generated by FreeCAD.

This is a power button for the Epson Equity line of computers. I made this for my Equity II but I believe it will work on an Equity I as well. I salvaged an Equity II and it was missing a power button so I designed this. Fits pretty well I think.

Some Dell Laptop "2 in 1 convertibles" have the power button located on the side of the chassis, where it can be accidentially touched, which causes the device to power down immediatley (mostly during meetings...) and thus cause uncontrollable swearing. In order to rectify this questionable design decision I made a cover to prevent accidential switch operation. Directions: - Print more than one at once to ensure proper cooling (total layer time) - use double side adhesive (i.e. Tesa PowerStrip) - enjoy touching the outside of your laptop whitout accidentially shutting it down

Remix on the awesome Retrocube case by Uncle_Gru. I added a working power button (the dot on the question mark), a working reset button (the little square below and to the right) and a power LED indicator (the little square to the left). Designed to work with tactile switches. Detailed build instructions and final photos to come.

After a failed power switch on my old LCD screen turned out to be just a faulty plastic part I designed a replacement which does the job, not an exact copy of the original as I managed to destroy and then lose it trying to repair it. The Button is not a perfect replacement, however it is functional. The hole in the centre of the button is to see the Power LED, this may work better offset but as my screen now works this is not getting adjusted. This doesn't give the same positive click as the original I May work on this in the future, Lets see how much it annoys me. I Printed this on a CTC Bizer running as a Flashforge Creator Pro clone, sliced in flashforge software.

Fanny power button for PC

The power push button on my DX6e radio broke and I had removed it. Power on/off was achieved via a pinky finger press on a PCB button (not an ideal situation). This solves that problem and provides a more factory appearance.

These are Power and Reset pushbuttons for the Thermaltake Element T case. Works properly, does not fall out. Print 0.12, 20 minutes thick. Hope you enjoy it. I was printing with PLA. This gave light on the buttons!
