2Advanced Numerical Methods In Astrophysical Fluid Dynamics
By A. Hujeirat, B. W. Keil and F. Heitsch
Computational gas dynamics has become a prominent research field both in astrophysics and cosmology. In the first part of this review we intend to briefly describe several of the numerical methods used in this field, discuss their range of application and present strategies for converting conditionally-stable numerical methods into unconditionally-stable solution procedures. The underlying aim of the conversion is to enhance the robustness and unification of numerical methods and subsequently enlarge their range of applications considerably. In the second part Fabian Heitsch presents and discusses the implementation of a time-explicit MHD Boltzmann solver.

15Ninth International Conference On Numerical Methods In Fluid Dynamics : [proceedings]
By International Conference on Numerical Methods in Fluid Dynamics (9th : 1984 : Centre d'études nucléaires de Saclay)

1Prophets and Kings of the Old Testament
By Frederick Denison Maurice
This is a collection of twenty-seven sermons on the Old Testament kings, from Saul to Zedekiah, and the prophets who spoke to them, from Samuel to Ezekiel. Moving in chronological order of the biblical events, this book could be a useful aid to studying this portion of the Bible. - Summary by Devorah Allen

2Claims of the Bible and of Science
By Frederick Denison Maurice
This book consists of thirteen letters from the Rev. F.D. Maurice in response to a layman's questions. When these letters were written, the Church of England was undergoing a time of controversy centered around the published opinions of one of her bishops, John William Colenso. Bishop Colenso had doubts as to the historical truth of the Bible, and specifically of the first five books, together called the Pentateuch. The publication of these doubts led many people to ask questions, and one layman asked his questions of Reverend Maurice. The original letter containing these questions and a final letter in response to Maurice begin and end the book. (Summary by Devorah Allen)
