Two new foliicolous fungal taxa, viz. Asterostomella celasteri and Asterina combreti var. andamanica from Andaman Islands in the Bay of Bengal have been described with illustrations.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of digital marketing on the performance of MSMEs by considering the service quality factor as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method, where the primary data used is obtained through the distribution of online questionnaires. All items are variable on a 5-point scale to determine the relationship between those proposed in the framework. The sample for the study was the MSME sector and was selected randomly. The results of this study indicate that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on business performance, digital marketing has a significant positive effect on service quality, quality has a significant positive effect on business performance, and digital marketing mediated by service quality has a significant positive effect on business performance. This study concludes that MSME actors must continue to improve services to consumers, while still utilizing digital platforms to market products. This can be done as a marketing effort to approach customers effectively and efficiently in maintaining business existence in a highly competitive environment.

The perfect grow stage, small internodes: In this Weed vlog video, you will see my Autoflower Micro grow, I will use new grow lights in my grow box and I will show you the growing stage of my white berry autoflower that I grow in my stealth micro grow pc box. I use e27 LED and CFL bulbs and they work perfectly. This video is a complete grow guide and I will show you from day to day how the plant grows trough the grow stage. Autoflowers have a pre set grow cycle so you cant affect when they start flowering but more light means a bigger harvest for the plant. So that's why I started with a 24 hour light cycle but another reason for this is to prevent stretching of the autoflower plant. Obviously, that is not what you want when you are growing an autoflower in a small place: micro grow I see other growers do the same as me: good luck! But to give your plant a good grow. You need to take good care of your autoflower plant, the whole grow cycle. And the grow stage is very important. The grow stage gives the autoflower the basis to grow into a beautiful plant and the autoflower plant needs to create strong branches to carry the buds. Another interesting thing in this Autoflower micro grow is that I have applied raw nutrients that are called: Plagron Supermix. I put this at the bottom of the flowerpot and this way the plant will not have a nutrient deficiency after the 1-2 weeks after germination. Raw nutrients can be an amazing this when growing an autoflower or non autoflower. Raw nutrients are always better then liquid nutrients but the only thing is that raw nutrients cant be used on any grow medium. Like you see in the title I will show new grow lights. I can proudly say these are top notch grow lights in the micro grow industry. I haven't seen anyone using them but they are perfect for a micro grow. The grow light that I have added has a variable spectrum so you can precisely set the blue or red spectrum how you like it, depending on what stage your autoflower or non autoflower currently is. Small autonomous rotorcraft are defined for the purposes of this paper to be a class of vehicles that range in size from rotary-wing micro air vehicles (MAVs) to larger, more conventionally sized, rotorcraft uninhabited aerial vehicles (UAVs) - i.e. vehicle gross weights ranging from hundreds of grams to thousands of kilograms. The development of small autonomous rotorcraft represents both a technology challenge and a potential new vehicle class that will have substantial societal impact for: national security, personal transport, planetary science, and public service.

Abstract The established interaction between multiple myeloma cells and bone marrow microenvironment components provides malignant cells with various survival, growth and drug resistance signals. As a new concept, identification of miRNAs and their related gene/protein targets, signaling molecules and pathways in the context of bone marrow microenvironment will help understanding more deeply the pathogenesis of the disease and possible mechanisms underlying environment-induced drug resistance. Recent studies suggest that bone marrow stromal cells can modulate some miRNAs (miR-21, miR-15a/16) in multiple myeloma cells through direct adhesion, cytokine secretion or transfer of miRNA-containing exosomes, however; the specific miRNA targets are not clear. In spite of a remarkable progress in understanding myeloma biology and therapy, the disease persists to be hard to treat. This review will discuss the most recent findings on miRNAs expression and function in the context of bone marrow microenvironment highlighting the miRNAs as potential therapeutic targets in multiple myeloma.

The Moral Equivalent of War, the last public utterance of William James, is significant as expressing the opinions of a practical psychologist on a question of growing popular interest. For the past fifteen years the movement for promoting international peace has been enlisting the support of organizations and individuals the world over. That this is a question on which much may be said for the opposition, James, though a pacificist, admits with his usual fair-mindedness, pointing out that militarism is the sole nourisher of certain human virtues that the world cannot let die, and that until the peace party devises some substitute, some moral equivalent, for the disciplinary value of war, their utopian goal is neither desirable nor possible. His own solution is advanced not as a practical measure, but merely as an illustration to show that the world is full of opportunities for the peaceful development and continuation of the martial qualities of human life. <BR><BR> This essay was written for general dissemination as a publication of the American Association for International Conciliation, February, 1910. The recently widowed Adela Gereth, a lover of beauty and passionate collector of fine objects, strikes up a friendship with the young Fleda Vetch, when both of them find themselves guests in the tasteless house of Brigstock family. Mrs. Gereth fears that her son Owen, an honorable but somewhat unimaginative young man, may take up with one of the Brigstock girls, and indeed he presently announces his engagement to Mona, the eldest daughter. That means that Mrs. Gereth will have to leave Poynton, the beautiful house that she and her husband filled with the furniture, china, tapestries, and other objects that they lovingly collected over the years. It is not so much possessiveness that drives Mrs. Gereth to want to maintain control over them (or so she claims, at any rate), but rather the sense that she will have failed if Mona, understanding and appreciating nothing of what Poynton contains, should become Owen's wife and take charge. The story and its developing conflicts are seen largely from the point of view of Fleda Vetch, the young woman who, her moral and aesthetic sensibilities tuned perhaps as finely as any of James's protagonists, finds herself caught in the middle. James provides a popularizing outline of his view of philosophical pragmatism while making highly rhetorical and entertaining lashes towards rationalism and other competing schools of thought. James is especially concerned with the pragmatic view of truth. True beliefs should be defined as, according to James, beliefs that can successfully assist people in their everyday life. This is claimed to not be relativism. That reality exists is argued to be a fact true beyond the human subject. James argues, nevertheless, that people select which parts of reality are made relevant and how they are understood to relate to each other. Charles Sanders Peirce, widely considered to be the founder of pragmatism, eventually chose to separate himself intellectually from James, renaming his own theory to ‘pragmaticism’.
