IEEE Transactions on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI) Systems is an active peer-reviewed academic journal covering VLSI systems, wafer scale integration, multi-chip modules, mixed analog-digital systems, VLSI/ULSI neural networks and their applications, cost performance tradeoffs in VLSI/ULSI. It was established in 1993 and is published monthly by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
