Grand Jury Day 7 | Psychology & Propaganda | Closing arguments Grand Jury Proceeding by the Peoples´ Court of Public Opinion Empowering Public Conscience through Natural Law ‘Injustice to One is an Injustice to All We, a group of international lawyers and a judge, hereby are conducting criminal investigation modelled after the United States Grand Jury proceedings. This Grand Jury Investigation serves as a model legal proceeding to present to a jury (consisting of the citizens of the world) all available evidence of COVID-19 Crimes Against Humanity to date against “leaders, organizers, instigators and accomplices” who aided, abetted or actively participated in the formulation and execution of a common plan for a pandemic. Crimes to be investigated include all acts performed or omitted by a person in pursuance of a common design to commit Crimes Against Humanity, and all such criminal acts condemned in the various communities of jurors around the world. This investigation is of the people, by the people and for the people and shall be referred to as the ‘Peoples´ Court of Public Opinion. Having been unable to find a court to hear the actual evidence in the current system´s courts of law, we are undertaking this proceeding outside of the current system and based on natural law. This, in turn is founded on the firm belief that every person can easily distinguish between good and evil, and between right and wrong. The allegation is that the world’s governments have come under the controlling influence of corrupt and criminal power structures. They colluded to stage a pandemic that they had been planning for years. To this end they deliberately created mass panic through false statements of fact and a socially engineered psychological operation whose messages they conveyed through the corporate media. The purpose of this mass panic was to persuade the population to agree to the so-called “vaccinations" which have in the meantime be proven to be neither effective, nor safe, but extremely dangerous, even lethal. The economic, social, and health damage that these Crimes Against Humanity have caused to the world's population can be measured in quadrillions of dollars. The lawyers listed below, with the assistance of a number of highly respected scientists and experts from around the globe and under the auspices of a judge from Portugal, will conduct this Grand Jury Investigation and thereby provide the jury (the citizens of the world) with a complete picture of these Crimes Against Humanity. The ‘Peoples´ Court of Public Opinion´s investigation´s purpose is twofold: On the one hand it is to serve as a model proceeding and get indictments against some of the criminally and civilly responsible figure heads of these Crimes against Humanity. The trial began just before the pandemic in early 2020 and was halted two weeks in. The restart happened on May 17, 2021, with the same jury panel. The defendant’s wife Kathleen McCormack Durst went missing in 1982. Evidence and testimony would show that Robert Durst killed her, the prosecutor said. The defendant allegedly told Berman it was an accident and asked her for help. She served as his alibi. Berman, 55, was shot execution-style at her Beverly Hills home in 2000, and the prosecution suggested that it was because of what she knew about Kathleen’s death and disappearance. As defense lawyer Dick DeGuerin would have it, however, Durst is innocent. More historical footage from Bundy's 1979 Chi Omega trial - the second part of the defense's closing arguments in Bundy's behalf. This recording is provided courtesy of Julia Larina, who uses a video and screen capture software that renders the videos in MP4 format. Here defense attorney Margaret Good is seen attempting to discredit the bitemark evidence forcefully. She said that Bundy had a common maladjustment, misalignment of the teeth and that his teeth were not that unique. There are other patterns of crooked teeth that are similar to Bundy's, she said... Other teeth fit the bruise mark. And she also pointed out that Richard Souviron himself didn't base his opinion on objective standards: she said that his determination of whether Bundy may have left the bitemark on Lisa Levy was part art part science. An optical illusion, as Good summed up. And Good also pointed out that Drs. Duane DeVore and John Grewe of the University of Maryland disputed Dr. Souviron's conclusions. Good also pointed out that the semen stain on Cheryl Thomas's bed was left by a non-secretor, as was the chewing gum found in Lisa Levy's hair. Whereas Bundy was a secretor. Good concluded by saying that the evidence in the Chi Omega case presented many reasonable doubts as to Bundy's guilt. Louise Bundy and Carole Boone looked on as Margaret Good spoke. Good's speech was followed by chief prosecutor Larry Simpson's closing remarks. In referring to Good's attempts to discredit the evidence, Simpson reminded the jury of the description Nita Neary gave on the witness stand, and said that her testimony was sufficient for conviction, and he also said that the examinations of the semen stain and the chewing gum showed that the results were inconclusive, contrary to what Good said. Simpson also reminded the jury that Bundy's room at The Oaks was wiped clean, suggesting that the perpetrator was smart enough to wipe out all traces of evidence he might have left behind. Harris' Hearing Reason: Ineffective Counsel Justin Ross Harris, the Georgia man convicted of murder in the hot car death of his 22-month-old son Cooper, seeks a new trial in Cobb County. According to documents obtained by Law&Crime, the defense maintains that Harris was denied a fair trial and due process when the trial court denied a motion to several “unrelated and improperly joined offenses”: The defendant had also been tried for sending sexual messages to an underage girl around the time Cooper passed away. The state, led by then Cobb County Chief Assistant District Attorney Chuck Boring, argued that the defendant was fed up with family life. It is why Harris killed his son, they maintained. In a motion, the defense asserted that these joined charges only served to inflame the jury’s emotions and deprive Harris of a fair trial. “By refusing to sever the unrelated counts involving internet-based sexual communications, the trial court required Ross Harris to defend against emotional charges of the intentional murder of a child after drowning the jury in the morally reprehensible and inherently bad character evidence associated with any sexually-based offense,” stated the original 2017 motion for a new trial. “If the goal was to create an atmosphere and forum eliminating the possibility of a fair determination of Defendant’s guilt or innocence on the murder and cruelty charges…the denial of severance assured success.” The defense also maintained that the trial included evidence unlawfully and unconstitutional seized from the defendant’s personal property, including his phones. They also asserted bad character evidence was actually in reference to his relationship with his wife, not his son Cooper. Robert Hayes Trial Day 6 - Defense Closing Arguments by Francis Shea A man is charged as a possible serial killer hunting down women in south Florida. Robert Tyrone Hayes, 39, stands trial before a Volusia County jury. You can watch in the player above. Hayes faces three counts of first-degree murder with a firearm for allegedly killing Laquetta Gunther, 45, around Dec. 24, 2005, Julie Green, 34, on Jan. 14, 2006, and Iwana Patton, 35, on Feb. 24, 2006. Each of the women sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head, according to a recent court filing. Gunther, Green, and Patton were found without their clothes. “The case was a cold case for more than 10 years until new DNA technology was utilized to lead to a suspect in the case,” the filing said. Hayes is separately charged in Palm Beach County with allegedly strangling Rachel Elizabeth Bey, 32, to death in 2016. Investigators have also investigated whether he might be linked to 30-year-old Stacey Gage‘s death. Volusia County prosecutors have said that Gunther, Green, and Patton were sex workers, according to The St. Augustine Record. (Patton never did sex work, her niece said.) Hayes had killed each of the three women using a .40 caliber Smith & Wesson gun, the state asserted. Hayes had been studying criminal justice at Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach. Another woman, who also did sex work, survived Hayes attacking her, and she will testify in his Volusia County trial, State Attorney R.J. Larizza said in 2019. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty against Hayes, the would-be criminal justice expert. Now both sides must fight over whether he’s not guilty by reason of insanity or mental defect. Wisconsin man Jacob Cayer, 30, remains on trial in the June 7, 2016 murders of his ex-girlfriend Sabrina Teague, 23, and her mother Heesun “Sunny” Teague, 64. You can watch in the player above. Phase two is set to begin Thursday, August 13, at 10 a.m. CT / 11 a.m. ET. Prosecutors said the defendant went to the Teague home in a fit of rage after arguing with his father, killed Sunny, then ambushed Sabrina and her boyfriend Joel Kennedy when they arrived. Jurors determined on Wednesday, August 12 that he did it. The question now is whether the defendant is mentally culpable under the law. Cayer had pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity or mental defect. It wasn’t necessarily the first choice of defense. In March, Brown County Judge Tammy Jo Hock denied a defense motions’ request to allow them to provide alternate suspects. They wanted to argue at trial that two other men kidnapped Cayer and framed him for the murders, according to WLUK. In the this version of events, the alleged motive was that these killers feared what Cayer might tell cops about other crimes. Hock said this motion lacked logic, and pointed out one of the alternate suspects were in jail at the time of the Teague murders. At trial, the prosecution dismissed any suggestion that others could’ve been responsible, or Cayer’s story that people had kidnapped him and shoved him through the window of the residence. “It’s absurd, right?” said Brown County Deputy District Attorney Dana Johnson in closing arguments. The defendant’s mental state was a recurring element in the pre-trial hearings. The trial was delayed six times as the judge occasionally considered him incompetent to face the allegations against him. Dr. Christina Engen of the Wisconsin Forensic Unit had testified that she did not think Cayer understood the gravity of this case. The defendant thought he was going to be found innocent, and was “gleeful” when talking about the case, she said according to WBAY. Sabrina’s sister Sarama Teague remembered the women as “more than the ex-girlfriend and the mother.” She told The Green Bay Press Gazette, “They were fully complex human beings, beautiful people, and I just want people to know that, and that I loved them.” Their mother Sunny was a character, who arrived in the United States from South Korea in 1983, was proud of her barbecue chicken, had a quirky way of posing for pictures, and enjoyed telling the girls gossip about her Post Office coworkers, Sarama said. Heesun Teague had recently retired from USPS at the time of the murders. Sabrina was going to start school at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College to become a social worker, her sister said. Tennessee man Joel Michael Guy Jr., 32, stands trial in the horrific 2016 murders of his parents Joel Michael Guy, Sr., 61, and Lisa Guy, 55. The trial is scheduled to run Monday, September 28 to Friday, October 2, according to records. The Law&Crime Network will be live each day with coverage running from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET. The defendant’s three sisters reportedly told authorities everything seemed okay when the family sat together for Thanksgiving in 2016. But just days after that final get-together, the Knox County Sheriff’s Office said Joel Guy Jr. murdered his parents in especially horrifying fashion. Both victims were stabbed and dismembered, their remains placed in different rooms of the house, deputies said. Authorities suggested the murders happened sometime between Friday, November 25, or the middle of Saturday, November 26. Guy Jr. allegedly put his parents’ remains in “an acid based solution” to destroy evidence. Investigators said that the defendant, who had been in living in Baton Rouge, Louisiana after reportedly withdrawing from Louisiana State University, returned home on the 27th after killing his parents. His parents were last seen alive on Friday the 25th. Authorities say that Guy Jr. killed his parents after they told him they would no longer pay his bills. Someone wants the possibility of the death penalty for this case. It’s not the prosecution. The defendant recently asked that he be allowed to represent himself in motions that request the judge and jury be allowed to consider capital punishment in the event of a conviction. To be clear, the state is not pursuing the death penalty for him. Debra Clayton on January 9, 2017, when she tried to bring him in on a warrant in the murder of his pregnant ex-girlfriend Sade Dixon. The manhunt intensified. Loyd went blind in his left eye from injuries sustained when he was finally arrested days later on January 17. Footage shows the arresting officers striking the defendant after he crawled out of a residence. The camera immediately zooms back and to the side of the incident. The defendant claimed police brutality. Loyd was found guilty of murdering Dixon. He asserted at trial that he was the “victim” in all of this. In any case, now it’s time for him to face possible responsibility for Clayton’s death. His defense has signaled that they’re going to argue that he was insane during the time of that shooting. The state asserts that the arrest was proper and that the defendant got injured when “he refused to obey the commands of law enforcement” trying to arrest him, according to a March 4 filing obtained by Law&Crime. They oppose a defense demand to admit into evidence certain body cam, and some video from the interview room. Defendant Daniels called 911 on April 4, 2018 to say his son “escaped.” “We cannot find him,” he said in audio obtained by WKRN. But he ended up confessing to beating baby Joe to death, saying the child had peed on the floor, authorities said. As seen on video, Daniels broke down in tears while wearing a shirt labeled “Super Dad.” “I was just so angry with him,” he said. Asked how many times he hit baby Joe, he said a “couple” of times while the boy was crying. Baby Joe was on the autism spectrum and non-verbal. At first, defendant Daniels said he put the body in a remote area, but when investigators did not find Joe, Daniels claimed he put the remains in a pond. Again, they did not find the body, and Joe remains missing to this day. Daniels’ defense has argued that the confession was coerced. He is charged with first-degree murder, child abuse, aggravated child abuse causing serious bodily injury, child neglect, filing a false report, and tampering or fabricating evidence. The boy’s mother Krystal Daniels is also charged with aggravated child abuse, child neglect, filing a false report, and tampering or fabricating evidence. She allegedly admitted to being at the home when Joseph Daniels beat the child to death, but like her co-defendant, she recanted the story, saying it was coerced. A 2019 jailhouse call showed Joseph Daniels claiming it was Krystal who killed Joe by smothering him with a pillow. Attorneys representing Donald Trump and his co-defendants alleged that Ms. Willis' past romantic relationship with a subordinate in the case against Mr. Trump, Nathan Wade, created a conflict of interest and that Ms. Willis should therefore be disqualified from the case. The attorney representing Ms. Willis, Adam Abbate, argued that the allegations against her did not meet the burden of proof, and that the mere appearance of impropriety was not a sufficient reason for disqualification. Judge Scott McAfee announced that he would make a decision regarding DA Willis within two weeks. In this second and final portion of the hearing, Mr. Abbate delivered his closing argument. Tennessee man Joel Michael Guy Jr., 32, stands trial in the horrific 2016 murders of his parents Joel Michael Guy, Sr., 61, and Lisa Guy, 55. The trial is scheduled to run Monday, September 28 to Friday, October 2, according to records. The Law&Crime Network will be live each day with coverage running from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET. The defendant’s three sisters reportedly told authorities everything seemed okay when the family sat together for Thanksgiving in 2016. But just days after that final get-together, the Knox County Sheriff’s Office said Joel Guy Jr. murdered his parents in especially horrifying fashion. Both victims were stabbed and dismembered, their remains placed in different rooms of the house, deputies said. Authorities suggested the murders happened sometime between Friday, November 25, or the middle of Saturday, November 26. Guy Jr. allegedly put his parents’ remains in “an acid based solution” to destroy evidence. Investigators said that the defendant, who had been in living in Baton Rouge, Louisiana after reportedly withdrawing from Louisiana State University, returned home on the 27th after killing his parents. His parents were last seen alive on Friday the 25th. Authorities say that Guy Jr. killed his parents after they told him they would no longer pay his bills. Someone wants the possibility of the death penalty for this case. It’s not the prosecution. The defendant recently asked that he be allowed to represent himself in motions that request the judge and jury be allowed to consider capital punishment in the event of a conviction. To be clear, the state is not pursuing the death penalty for him. Closing arguments are set for Friday afternoon over whether a Lori Norene Vallow prosecutor committed misconduct in the ongoing case. The defense for the 47-year-old Idaho woman and her husband Chad Daybell, 52, are trying to push Rob Wood out of the matter over interviews he had with Vallow’s sister in law Summer Shiftlet, and Zulema Pastenes, the widow of Vallow’s brother Alex Cox. The prosecutor allegedly stepped over the line in discussing a possible charge for conspiracy to commit murder, and in smack-talking Vallow attorney Mark Means. You can watch in the player above. It is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. EST / 1 p.m. MST. Vallow (aka Lori Daybell) and Chad Daybell are charged in Idaho with allegedly covering up the deaths of her children Joshua “JJ” Vallow, 7, and Tylee Ryan, 17, who went missing on separate dates in September 2019 and turned up dead in gravesites on Chad Daybell’s Fremont County property. Homicide long hung over the case, even before the children were found dead. Cox shot and killed his sister’s previous husband Charles Vallow on July 11, 2019 when Lori Vallow and her children lived in Arizona. He maintained self-defense. Cops in Arizona think that’s garbage, as indicted in a stated plan to charge Lori Vallow with conspiracy to commit murder in connection to her husband’s death. No such charges have been announced, however, and it’s moot point for Cox, who died in December 2019 of what Maricopa County medical examiners called a blood clot. Investigators said this was a “natural” dead. Other passings raised eyebrows amid the disappearances of the children, with Chad Daybell’s previous wife Tammy Daybell dying in her sleep in October 2019, between the time the kids went missing and her husband’s November 2019 marriage to Vallow. It’s also worth mentioning that another one of Vallow’s previous husbands, Joseph Ryan, died in 2018 of an ostensible heart attack. Authorities announced that they were taking a second look at both deaths. As for Wood, he has denied wrongdoing, said he only spoke to the women before their interviews with law enforcement, asserted that a recording of the interviews was made without his knowledge, and suggested the recording was incomplete and possibly edited.
