This systematic review and meta-analysis aims to investigate the efficacy of Age of Learning (AoL) programs (My Reading Academy, My Math Academy, ABC Mouse) in improving student learning outcomes. The need for better understanding the impact of EdTech solutions is critical in today’s educational landscape. With the increasing integration of technology to the classrooms, there is a growing demand to assess how these tools influence students’ learning. EdTech solutions have the potential to innovate traditional teaching-learning methods, offering personalized and interactive learning experiences. However, despite the widespread adoption of these tools, there is a lack of comprehensive evidence on their overall efficacy. Understanding the impact of EdTech is essential for guiding educators, policy makers, and parents in making informed decisions about incorporating these technologies into educational settings. AoL programmes are widely used educational tools, but the overall impact on student learning requires a comprehensive analysis. Existing research is limited in scope with individual studies evaluating specific AoL programs and a broader synthesis is lacking. This review will systematically identify and evaluate all relevant studies on chosen AoL programs and their impact on student learning. This systematic review will offer valuable insights for educators, parents, and researchers by providing a clear picture of the effectiveness of AoL programs in supporting student achievement. By applying meta-analysis techniques, we will combine data from multiple studies to provide a more robust estimate of the overall effect size. This review will identify areas where the existing research is strong and highlight gaps in knowledge for future research directions.
